Advance Payment: All orders require 100% advance payment before processing.
Payment Methods: We accept online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, etc.). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once your order is accepted, the price at that time will apply.

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be displayed during checkout.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
The Evana India is not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs authorities.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are accepted only under the same conditions mentioned here:
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Request for return or refund must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after quality inspection.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
