1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.


3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7–8 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s service availability.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹90 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional ₹50 handling fee.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking link.
You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.


6. Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.


7. Delays and Issues

While we always strive for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Courier service disruptions

8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete address, wrong contact details, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
