The Evana India – Return & Refund Policy

At The Evana India, we take great pride in our quality, craftsmanship, and service. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is made within 24 Hours of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

👉 Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, nose pins, or other personal jewelry items unless they arrive damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@theevanaindia.com or WhatsApp 9179566950  with your order ID, product photo, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner or ask you to self-ship the product to our return address.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected during the process).

💡 Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or design exchanges for eligible items once the original product is returned in good condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings, nose pins, or other hygiene-sensitive jewellery

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or sale items marked as Final Sale

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
